Brian Harvey is the Level 3 Communications regional president of North American Operations. He is responsible for service delivery, access management, field operations, service management and global media operations.

James Heard is regional president of EMEA for Level 3 Communications, responsible for overseeing all operations and leading employees in the region.

Laurinda Pang is chief human resources officer for Level 3. Ms. Pang has extensive experience in all areas of telecom, including operations, marketing, sales, and customer experience.
