Mark Martinet

Chief Information Officer

Mark Martinet is the Chief Information Officer for Level 3 Communications.

Prior to Level 3, Mr. Martinet served as the Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer of BT Business, a $3.5 billion subsidiary of BT Group in London.

Mr. Martinet also served as head of Strategy and Transformation for BT Group. Before joining BT in 2004, Mr. Martinet spent four years with Qwest in a variety of technology, corporate development and product roles.

Mr. Martinet earned an undergraduate degree in Marketing from the University of Arizona and has a Master’s degree from the University of Denver. Prior to business school, Mr. Martinet built and managed several successful entrepreneurial ventures in the U.S. and Europe.
