Peter Neill

Chief Customer Experience Officer and Business Process Engineering Lead

Peter Neill is the Chief Customer Experience Officer for Level 3 Communications. In this position, Mr. Neill is responsible for defining and driving process effectiveness and efficiency improvements globally, specifically focused on ensuring the company delivers a superior customer experience.

In his most recent position at Level 3, Mr. Neill served as the Senior Vice President of Content Markets with responsibility for the media distribution business directly supporting the company’s media and entertainment, gaming and emerging media market segments. He also held the position of Senior Vice President of Wholesale Offer Management for Level 3.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Neill was the founder of PT Wireless (a Distributed Antenna System Business), and more recently TowerCloud, providing site infrastructure solutions with Odyssey Telecorp.

During his 12 years at AT&T Wireless/Cingular, where he worked after joining McCaw Cellular in 1994, Mr. Neill held various leadership roles in Engineering, Operations, Network Implementation, Business Planning and Corporate Strategy, as well as various positions within Sprint.
