Thomas C. Stortz is the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Level 3 Communications and Secretary for the company. The senior executives responsible for Legal, Human Resources and Corporate Communications report to Mr. Stortz.
Prior to joining Level 3 in 1998, Mr. Stortz served as Vice President and General Counsel for Peter Kiewit Sons', Inc. (PKS) and Kiewit Construction Group, Inc. Mr. Stortz joined PKS as an attorney in 1981. He has served as director of PKS, Nebraska Methodist Hospital Foundation, RCN Corporation, C-TEC Corporation, Kiewit Diversified Group, Inc. and CCL Industries, Inc.
