- PowerMail (EMEA): PowerMail combines voice, fax and e-mail, into a single and convenient interface for all your message retrieval needs. Download the PowerMail Users Guide and the PowerMail Prompt Card.
- Inbound IVR (EMEA): Inbound IVR provides non-geographic telephone numbers, giving your company national presence. ICC (Internet Customer Control) allows you to instantly change dial plan details online, e.g., in emergency situations.
- Inbound IVR Stats (EMEA): Up to 7 days of Inbound IVR Statistics such as answered calls, busy, etc. Viewable as a graph or raw data; also exportable into Excel.
