The following payment methods are available to you for your former Black Lotus, now Level 3 service. Credit card and PayPal transactions are subjected to extended verification to combat fraud. Wire transfer and check or money order payment methods are processed immediately upon receipt and are not subject to extended verification.
The credit cards accepted as a payment method include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. To make a payment, please login to your account at https://support.blacklotus.net. If you do not have access to your support account, you may e-mail email@example.com for assistance.
Please note that you will not be able to pay your invoice by credit card until you add the credit card to your account. To do so, log in and expand the “Client Profile” menu and then click on “Payment Methods.” You should then have an option to add a credit card. Once the credit card is added to your account, you can go back to the invoice and pay with that card.
Some credit card payments are held for verification by Customer Care. If you receive an error upon payment, please allow us one day to review your transaction and manually post it to your account.
To make a one-time PayPal payment, please send your payment manually from your PayPal account to firstname.lastname@example.org and then notify email@example.com with your transaction ID.
To setup a recurring PayPal subscription, please log in to your billing account and open the invoice that you would like to pay by PayPal subscription. You will be given an option to setup a subscription from the invoice screen.
