Founded in 2010, Harvey Financial Consulting is a boutique consultancy providing professional services primarily to the electronic trading market. We work in a flexible but structured way with some of the best-known companies and organisations in the financial sector.

Managed Networks

Project Management: We specialize in E-trading of cash equities and also have expertise in Futures, Derivatives and FX. A project management resource can come in and manage in house resources or bring in an external team to implement the entire project. Some of our specializations include core matching engine issues, low latency OMS solutions, sponsored access, smart routing, compliance and ops tools and low-latency system performance monitoring and analysis.

Development: We can assemble a team of developers and fully implement a project from start to finish on- or off-site. We can develop greenfield or provide enhancehancements and performance tests for existing applications. We offer a wide range of expertise including but not limited to Java, C++, C#, FPGA and GNU.

On / Offsite Testing: We can offer QA and performance testing services in house. You can also discuss outsourcing all of your QA operations to us – we can do this in a very cost-effective way in one of our development and testing centers in Romania.

Hardware: We can assist with datacentre migration, client colocation requests, network analysis and more.
