Members of the Level 3 Enabled Service Provider (ESP) Programme facilitate and support the data communications and content industry across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Enabled Service Providers offer Level 3's comprehensive range of fibre-based communications and content services as part of their own market proposition or work closely with Level 3 in developing and expanding the business environment.
The Level 3 Master Enabled Service Provider (ESP) accreditation is designed for partners who are industry leaders, and whose customers expect comprehensive solutions delivered with exceptional levels of service and quality.
Requirements for Enabled Service Providers
- Indirect channel as a significant focus of your business (as determined by Level 3)
- Current customer base in downstream, unattended or underdeveloped markets for Level 3
- Offer a service or solution that complements the Level 3 service suite
- Committed headcount and funding for matching discretionary Marketing Development Funds
- Committed resource to attend regular training and update sessions
- Commitment to jointly produce and review a go-to-market plan
- Commitment to produce a Level 3 Partner reciprocal linked page profile and in turn feature Level 3 on your website
- Approval by Level 3 Partner Review Committee
