Up to six CoS levels support traffic prioritization during high-growth periods, with the choice of a flexible flat-rate or commit-plus-usage billing. • Security and Reliability: Our Ethernet VPLS solution gives you comprehensive, private control over network routing and lets you specify CoS tiers for each of your applications.

• Performance: The full-mesh capabilities of the VPLS offering support resilient connectivity among all sites and provide for seamless WAN-LAN application convergence.

VPLS Service Details

• Any-to-any connectivity for a secure, reliable global Ethernet VPN full-mesh solution
• Flexible bandwidth (Committed Data Rate) ranging from 1 Mbps to 2 Gbps
• Smart Demarcation, a standard inline Ethernet network interface device at all customer locations, provides end-to-end connectivity, fault management and remote testing
• Standard, POP-to-POP SLAs with the ability to view, measure and validate metrics including: frame delivery, delay and delay variation, as well as mean time to repair
• Optional Performance Assurance end-to-end SLAs available through Smart Demarcation 
• Up to six CoS levels enhance bandwidth efficiency and utilization
• A usage-based billing component for greater flexibility makes it the right choice for backup and disaster recovery implementations.
• Layer 2 EVPL and Layer 3 IP VPN interworking provides high-speed Ethernet services for very large locations like data centers, and MPLS IP VPN services to interconnect smaller sites requiring low-speed access such as T-1/E-1 or DSL.
• WAN protocol support via Layer 2 service allows any Layer 3 WAN protocol, such as IPv6, IPX, SNA and DECnet, to give you freedom to leverage legacy, emerging or proprietary WAN services
