Level 3 will provide instructor-led and web-based courses designed to give you a better understanding of your Networx services, features and benefits.
The DAR training provides the Government DAR (Designated Agency Representative) with detailed information on the Level 3 Government Solutions Networx contract service offerings. This course is for authorized government agents only. Students will learn about our service ordering, trouble reporting, billing and dispute resolution processes. In addition, students will receive an overview on telecommunications fraud, Level 3 customer service, and transition planning.

Course registration and request steps
- Request your login or request for agency site training
Complete a request to access the Networx Training Portal or request instructor-led training at your facility. (Please review the Networx Training Registration Information prior to completing this request) - Review the training schedule
Available courses are arranged by time and date. - Sign up for a scheduled course or web-based training
Once you have received an email containing your login and password from the Level 3 training department, you will be able to register for scheduled classes and also access web-based training in the portal. Once you have successfully registered for the instructor-led class, a confirmation page will be displayed and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
