Level 3's Network Operations Center (NOC) provides 24 x 7 monitoring of the network platform, customer servers, and the Internet. This helps to identify potential issues and provide resolution before any problems occur.
Additionally, Level 3 has developed a web-based customer interface – the Level 3 Customer Portal. This innovative application delivers critical services online, such as viewing network performance reports and submitting repair tickets.
