
Name Change Reflects Changing Business Focus
BROOMFIELD, Colo., May 17, 2000 – PKS Information Services, Inc. (PKSIS) announced today that it has changed its name to (i)StructureSM, Inc. The new name reflects the current business focus of the company as an infrastructure enabler for small and medium sized e-business customers, which compliments the organization's traditional outsourcing and applications services.
The name change will not affect current company headquarters, facility locations, or personnel. The company is a subsidiary of Level 3 Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq:LVLT) and will continue to operate independently from the core Level 3 operations.
